Over 25 years ago, facing the end of educational programs in Florida, the Staggers-Waterman family gathered together and decided to be the change they wanted to see. The decision: to start a scholarship that honored their mother’s passion for education and achievement in order to help aspiring college students fund their future.
For over two decades, we have proudly awarded scholarships and STAR recognitions to accomplished students committed to leadership, resilience, and excellence.
